These are by far the best bullets on the market for my Smith and Wesson 500 Magnum. They are heavy, they have a thick heavy plating of copper jacketing all over the bullet,including the base of the bullet. I have been looking for the best hardest 400 grain bullets for my S+W 500 because I want to hand load ammo for my gun that would be my personal defense round. I used new Starline nickel plated brass, CCI nickel plated large rifle primes and Winchester 296 powder. I usually hand load 300 grain 500 bullets that I cast and powder coat myself and I use this ammo for the range which still packs a wallop with 48 grains with the 300 grain bullets that I cast myself as well as powder coat myself. But these babies will be kept on hand as personal defense ammo. Buy these beautiful Barnes bullet buster for your personal defense loads. And don't forget the starline brass for your personel defense loads as they are the thickest brass casings on the market. Thicker that even Hornady brass. And Starline is the only brass manufacturer on the market that sells unprimed brass that is nickel plated. The Barnes buster bullets are a bit priceier that any other bullet I've seen for sale but they are by far the best. And when it comes to defending your life, your family's life or your buddies or your gal's life these Barnes Buster bullets are the best by far. Go out and get yourself a few boxes
