Starline Pistol Brass Bulk 9mm Super Comp 9x23 250 Count The 9mm Super Comp (9x23) is of a new design with a new head stamp as of 7-7-03. We have changed the head stamp to read 9x23 Comp to allow easier identification because it looked too similar to the .38 Super Comp head stamp. At the same time and we slightly changed the interior design to allow the seating of heavier bullets (i.e. 147 grains) but change will in no way affect performance of case for use with lighter bullets. Starline Brass prides itself on producing the highest quality brass case available. Their brass is comprised of 70% copper and 30% zinc and is vertically drawn during the manufacturing process which results in more uniform wall thickness. Cases are annealed between each draw to ensure consistent metallurgy in all lots. Each brass case is hand inspected to guarantee the highest quality possible. New and unprimed brass. This is not loaded ammunition. Bulk brass should be full-length sized and trimmed and chamfered before loading.
