Received first bag of 100 and did a measurement sorting, only two cases had minor neck crimp.
2.0275" (1), 2.0280 (1), 2.0285 (4, 2.0290 (6), 2.0295 (10). 2.0300( 9), 2.0305 (12), 2.0310 (4), 2.0315 (15),
2.0320 (12), 2.0325(10), 2.0330 (4), 2.0335 (4), 2.040 (5), 2.0345 (2) Fairly well clustered in the middle with a limited number on the short end below my trim length loads. Long can be trimmed down. Some primer pocket touchup for depth and square interior corners. Ordered another bag to increase the number that I will have for load development without reloading annealing of over fired brass. No idea how many reload/reuse will emerge.

I have now ordered two bags of 100 about a month apart. There were only two cases with minor dings in the neck where were corrected with a full case die. I am not sure of the typical spread and length distribution but found a range from 2.0275 (1) to 2.045 inches in the first 100 and from 2.0275 (2) to2.0335 in the second with no dings. The distribution for both (200) was:
2.0275 (3)
2.0280 (1)
2.0285 (4)
2.0290 (11)
2.0295 (20)
2.0300 (28)
2.0305 (32)
2.0310 (14) this had 2 dinged cases in the first 100
2.0315 (48)
2.0320 (46)
2.0325 (28)
2.0330 (4)
2.0335 (8)
2.0340 (5) all in the first 100
2.345 (2) both in the first 100
From this population I see more on the longer side and less on the shorter from a middle of 2.0310 inches
Depending upon my desired test case length I can trim down the longer but will set aside the shorter ones of no repeated use. I don't know what the lengths' ranges may be for other manufacturers than Winchester but those were much more scattred about with little consistency in approximately 200 of those that I have reloaded and will not be going back as now having found Nosler.
Aside from trim lenght, the other prep was to recut the primer pockets removing the rounded inside corners and minor depth touchup.
I anticipate reloading these numerous times and feel that there is a good cost/benefit in the Nosler cases.
Oh yes, I do weigh and sort my bullets and primers also lookng for the deviants and working in the mddle.
